Aimee and Tim's Famous 3-minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ros: Aimee and Tim went through a stage of making many, many different mug cakes on the evenings that Jeff and I would go out. This is one of their best.





Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp flour
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate drops

Method

1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa & baking powder in a large mug.

2. Add the egg and mix well.

3. Add the other ingredients, mix.

4. Cook for 3 minutes on a high microwave.

5. Enjoy, and don't make another one that day...!



Variations


Replace 1 Tbsp flour with 1 Tbsp coconut...or...add a handful of raspberries.

KFC Chicken

Ingredients 2 chicken breasts 1 egg 1 cup flour  1 tablespoon salt  2 tablespoons pepper  4 tablespoons paprika  1 tablespoon ground mustard  1 tablespoon thyme  1 teaspoon sweet basil  1 teaspoon ground oregano  1 tablespoon ground ginger  Method Mix the dry ingredients together. Cut the chicken breast into small tenders and cover with slightly beaten egg. Mix egg covered chicken into dry ingredients and fry in a small layer of oil.
